Swaroop Patil has moved on from Godrej Consumer Products Limited and joined Everest Industries Limited as Chief Information Officer.Everest is a complete building solutions provider and offers a range of new age building products for roofing, ceiling, wall, flooring & cladding solutions and also manufactures Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings for industrial, commercial and residential applications. Everest has designed, manufactured and erected more than 2,000 Pre-Engineered Steel buildings across 275 cities in India.
In his new role, Patil will lead the digital transformation initiatives and will strategically manage IT to benefit the business.
In his previous stint, Patil was associated with Godrej Consumer Products Limited for close to seven years and served as General Manager-IT.
Patil has over 20 years of professional experience and has worked with companies like IBM, Capgemini, and Satyam Computer Services in the past.
Patil completed both his Bachelors in Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
